If you are not completely satisfied with your Globe Interaction purchase, please return the package within 30 days to the address below. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible. Email us at email@example.com. Please include details about the purchase; item name, sku and name of the purchaser

-Your items will be shipped within two business days after we your order.

2) Local pickup (this option will come up at checkout if the shipping address zip code is included among the “local pickup” zip codes.

-Event Cut-Off Date: The definite date after which bookings will be closed for this event, regardless of individual ticket settings above. Default value will be the event start date.
